For Jobber shops with 1 to 10 techs

You run your numbers in Excel on Sunday night.

Profit By Job reads your Jobber account every night and has the answers waiting. What each job type actually keeps. What each tech bills. Who owes you money. Eight screens, one login.

Read-only access. Nothing to install. The demo takes no card and no login, so you can look before you connect anything.

The demo account on a phone. No app to install.

Jobber tells you what you invoiced. It does not tell you what you kept.

So every owner we talk to keeps a spreadsheet on the side. Export the jobs, sort by type, guess at the labour, do it again next month. That is the job this replaces.

Eight screens. Seven reports and the overview that ties them together.

Every report opens with the finding written out in a sentence, then shows the numbers behind it. One orange flag per screen, so you know what to look at first. CSV on all of them.

Every line above comes from the live demo account. It is sample data for a Calgary plumbing shop, not a real customer, and it says so on each page.

It is a web page, not an app.

Nothing to install and nothing to update. The phone gets the same eight screens as the office desktop, laid out for a thumb. Check a job type in the driveway between calls, or sit down with the whole month on a real screen.

Every report has an export button. The CSV opens in Excel, and it is yours whether you stay with us or not.

Three steps, and you are done with it.

Your Jobber account already has everything these reports need, so there is nothing to set up beyond logging in once.

1

Connect your Jobber

One click through Jobber's own login screen. You grant read-only access and you can pull it back from inside Jobber at any time. It takes about a minute.

2

We refresh it every night

The first pull covers your last 13 months so the trends have something to stand on. After that it runs at 3 a.m. while you sleep. You never press a button.

3

Open your reports

Log in and read. Each screen tells you what it found before it shows you the table. Export any of them to CSV if you want the numbers in a spreadsheet.

One price. Less than half a Jobber seat.

No per-tech charge, no setup fee, no annual contract. If it does not replace your spreadsheet, stop paying for it.

Introductory price
$29 a month, per Jobber account

Or $290 a year, which is two months off. Prices in Canadian dollars.

This is the launch price while we are in early access. It is marked introductory because it will not stay here forever.

  • All eight screens, refreshed every night
  • 13 months of history on the first pull
  • CSV export on every report
  • Email support from the person who built it
  • Cancel any time, from your account page
We can take five accounts right now.

That is a cap on our Jobber developer account while the app is in draft, not a sales tactic. When it lifts, we will say so here.

What we can and cannot do inside your Jobber.

You are handing an outside tool a key to the business. Here is exactly how far that key turns.

Read-only, at the permission level

The access we ask Jobber for is read access. We cannot create, edit or delete anything in your account. That is not a promise we are making, it is what the connection is able to do.

Data goes one way

Nothing we do writes back to Jobber. If a report shows a job in the wrong bucket, you fix it in Jobber and the report corrects itself on the next refresh. Jobber stays the source of truth.

Your data stays yours

We keep a copy so the reports load in a second instead of a minute. We do not sell it, pool it or train anything on it. Cancel and we delete it, and the CSVs you have already exported are yours to keep.

Cancel any time

Cancel whenever you want from your own account page, with nothing to call in about and nothing to wait out. You can also pull our access from inside Jobber and we simply stop seeing anything.

The questions owners ask first.

Do I have to change how I use Jobber?

No. The reports read what is already there. They are sharper if your jobs have a job type set and a tech assigned, and the overview will tell you when jobs are missing one. That is Jobber housekeeping, not our requirement.

What if the numbers do not match mine?

Tell us. Every report shows its working, including how gross profit is put together from Jobber's recorded material cost and labour hours. If the report is wrong, the report gets fixed. We check ours against a real shop's own spreadsheet before we charge anybody.

Will it work with my Jobber plan?

You connect through Jobber's own app authorisation screen. If your account cannot authorise it, you will know inside a minute and you will not have paid anything.

Can I get my numbers out?

Yes. Every report has a CSV button and the export is a plain spreadsheet file. It is yours whether you stay or not.

Is this a Jobber product?

No. We are not affiliated with Jobber and we are not part of their company. We use the connection Jobber publishes for outside apps, the same way any other connected app does.

Look at the demo before you connect anything.

It is the real product with a sample plumbing shop loaded into it. Eight screens, all clickable, no card and no login.
